PH Prints will provide a replacement product due to print error or delivery damages so long as photographic evidence, along with a detailed explanation of the damage, is submitted to us at email@example.com. Once the evidence has been received, reviewed and agreed, a replacement product will be dispatched within 10-14 days of receipt of substantial evidence.
All products on this Site are the sole responsibility of PH Prints. Any agreement regarding agreed returns and shipping are the sole responsibility of PH Prints from PH Media.
It is the responsibility of the artist member to provide PH Prints with all relevant content and if applicable proofs/images, to PH Prints who will then upload content onto the gallery.
